New Name, New Logo!
At the most recent Annual General Meeting, the membership of the High Noon Soccer League voted to change the name to the Las Cruces Youth Soccer League. With this change, we would like to update our logo as well. To do this, the Las Cruces Youth Soccer League will be holding a contest for a new logo. Please send your submissions via email, snail mail or drop them off at the office on or before Friday, July 9th.

Competitive Play
HNSL board of directors has decided that starting 2005/2006 seasonal year all competitive teams must participate in at least two Class I, II, or III tournaments. Additionaly competitive teams must participate either in NM State Cup or NM Cup. Competitive teams are the teams that are not recreational: classic and premiere. Any team conducting a tryout or hand-picking players is a competitive team! Teams wishing to register recreational must take players from the player pool until rosters are full. A bigger effort must be made to allow all kids who register with the league to participate! Please fill up your roster or be ready to accept children from the registration pool! Dual registration rules will be applied more strictly this year so that children will only be allowed to dual register from a recreational team to a competitive team and not vice versa. See NMYSA General Procedures and Rules for details. Class 1-3 tournaments are defined in NMYSA Travel & Tournament Manual. All details can be found at NMYSA’s web page: http://www.nmysa.net
